Finance
The Polk County Finance Department is responsible for financial accounting, financial reporting, treasury management, fixed asset accounting, debt management, assistance with departmental budgets and the annual financial audit.
Through a collaboration of team work, we provide both you and our departments with the necessary information to assure accuracy, accountability, and justification.
This includes recording all County expenditures and assuring that departments operate within their annual appropriations.
