Join us in ensuring a fair and efficient election process by becoming a poll worker. Your participation is vital to the democratic process, and Election Day Poll Workers are the most important part of any Election Day! They ensure your voting experience is an excellent one by helping run all Election Day operations at their assigned location and delivering Election Results to the office on Election Night.

  • Rules and Responsibilities

    To serve as a poll worker, you must be a U.S. Citizen, Polk County resident, 16 years of age or older, and willing to work any assigned Polling Location. Additionally, you must not hold a public office position or be a direct relative of a candidate. All poll workers will be responsible for completing a mandatory training prior to Election Day.
